Our team

Mélanie has been the president of Dotemtex Executive Recruiting since January 2018. She is the heart of our organization. A graduate in business administration, she has more than 20 years of experience in recruiting executives and technical professionals, in addition to significant expertise in team management and developing recruitment strategies.

After starting her career in consulting, Mélanie spent 8 years at Dotemtex Executive Recruiting before joining the SNC-Lavalin team in 2009. During her 6 years with one of the largest engineering consulting firms, she successfully managed the recruitment for several major national and international projects and developed the new Shared Services Recruitment Centre. After leading the recruitment operations for the Americas, she decided to return to her roots in April 2016, rejoining the Dotemtex Executive Recruiting team as an associate, and finally acquiring the company in early 2018.

Known among her clients for her energy, professionalism and great expertise, Melanie conveys her passion for people and her profession in every interaction and is grateful to be working in one of the most wonderful professions in the world. Her positive attitude, perseverance and tenacity allow her to overcome any challenge.
